knew hes move you will be able to learn multiple kicks in any direction

1 important thing to remember about hwoa. (almost) all his moves are still +frames even if block.

so the 1st rule in fighting hwoa, dont try to punish. most of his moves are also delayable etc. trying to punish is asking for CH on YOU.

the best way is to SSR. he has few tracking moves. also, wait for the lows, then low parry.
