first, learn the common notations. helps a lots since almost everyone uses the u,uf,f,df,d,db,b,ub for directions and 1,2,3,4 for the buttons. advance notations like qcf, hcb, CD, FC, etc helps too

2nd, know your char. know ALL the most, even the "useless ones" and the unblockables, they come in handy sometimes and you dont want to be saying "pano ulit gawin un? b+1+2 ba or b+1+4"

3rd know a few of the other chars. not all the moves, just the common ones. also know the common strats people use. mostly gained thru experience. when you meet someone with a weird new strat, learn!

4th kung me card, maglabas ka na. having 100 wins and 30 loss na 1st dan tapos madali ka matalo, people will assume card chicken ka (lumalaban lang pag alam na mananalo)

on the other hand... 70W 90L ka nga pero master ka tapos natatalo mo un mga green rankers? thats like wow!

eto lang un, a few players are the really really good players who can maintain 70%+ win rate. to most of us, having a high win rate means your NOT fighting the right level of opponents. a 50% winrate means kalevel mo sila

ikaw lili - kalaban anychar
blocked df+1, SS, d+3+4
kung nagattempt sila ng jab, huli sila sa d+3+4

ikaw alisa - kalaban DVJ
blocked 1,1, SS, df+2
mostly lalaban un with 1,1,2

ikaw anychar - kalaban alisa
nag B+3+4,3+4 si alisa. block 1st on, SS before 2nd one
kung successful possible side/backgrab
if not, well, thats the risk lang nga lol
